Ordering and Payment Information for the 2008-2009 School Year

NOTE: All order deadlines are subject to change due to non-school days and holidays. Please check Tuition Bucks calendar for up to date ordering, payment and pick-up times.

Ordering:
All orders must be placed online at at www.shopwithscrip.com.

Two Payment Options:
1. Presto-Pay - Pay online using Presto-Pay at the time of your order*.
    Orders paid for using Presto-Pay may be submitted up until 9:00pm on Monday evenings.
*Presto-Pay accounts may take up to 72 hours to set up and verify so please plan accordingly. Please wait to place your certificate order until you have verified your Presto-Pay account, as the Shopwithscrip system requires Presto-Pay payments to be made during checkout and will not allow you to go back to pay for an order after the fact.

2. Personal Check - Pay for your order with a personal check payable to MPTP-Tuition Bucks.
    Payments made by check must be turned in to the school office by NOON on FRIDAYS**.
**Payments made by check require program volunteers to collect payments from backpacks &         c    classrooms, make copies for accounting records, endorse checks, and deposit them at the bank which require additional processing time.

Presto-Pay is the preferred payment method, and it is actually more secure than paying with a personal check, so we hope you will consider using it this year.

Delivery/Pick-up
NOTE: An Enrollment Form/Waiver of Responsibility must be on file.

1. Delivery - All certifcate orders will be delivered home in your youngest child's backpack each Friday.

2. Pick-up - Certificate orders will be available for pick-up in the school office after 10:00am on Fridays.

3. Mail - If you do not have a student at MCS and are not able to pick-up your certificates we will gladly mail them to you. These will usually go out Friday afternoon FIrst Class Mail. So if you get home before me please keep an eye out for me.

Additionally, in order to help our volunteers in the sorting process, please log in to the ShopWithScrip website and while you are on the Account tab click the 'Change Profile/Password' link on left side menu. In the Student Name field please enter your youngest child's name, and in the Classroom/Group field please enter the grade your youngest child is in. Thank you.

We will plan for this to be the delivery/pickup method for all future orders unless you check the box below.

This is a one time change to my preferred delivery method.
